Wednesday April 10, Squat & Deadlift day

Stretch and rolled

Raw squats with Knee wraps and belt

Squats didn't feel good until the last set. I seem to do better raw with wraps than with a suit. Oh I did use the monolift tonight. Felt great not having to walk out for a change. I don't mind either way. But I have one so I might as well use it. And besides I have no plans to squat in a meet.
