Extra workout, Mike Robertson is the man!

I had Mike Robertson ( make me a warm up routine and put together a list of corrective exercises because in my opinion, being as healthy as possible is my number one priority. If you get hurt, you can't make gains. People spend hours upon hours in the gym to get stronger but spend minimal time making sure their body is healthy enough to handle the workout they're putting it through. Like clockwork, about once a month I have to go to the chiro because of my sub-scapular getting all knotted up as well as my hamstrings being exceptionally tight in comparison to the rest of my body. I went to Mike because last time I had an issue with being injured all the time, he fixed my up and I haven't had to deal with that issue in almost a year.

Due to the fact I felt like shit and work has been HELL, I have been getting to the gym later and later and didnt get all of the exercises he had prescribed to me so I went in to get one in. I wont post all of the exercises, but some of the things I did were.

I Would definately recommend anyone looking to fix yourself, better yourself ANYTHING to contact him. He knows his shit, so contact him.
