Last Sunday was a suit squat day at Eastside.
I don't have anything coming up that I really need to practice for, but I want plenty of time to work in my Ace so that it's perfectly dialed in when it's time to start a meet cycle.
Worked up as follows:

Suit straps up

To my surprise, this hit parallel, even though it's over 100lbs below my normal opener. No doubt this is due to losing weight since the first time I put it on. Still got awesome support out of it.
My back was pretty beat up from deficit deadlifts on Thursday, so I cut it there.
Did some back extensions, pulldown ab work and hit the road.
