4-15-13 bench day light

Today was a light day on the training cycle and a much needed one. Work has been a killer and its left me with lots of missed meals.

All of these were pretty easy, which is good since it was supposed to be a light day.

WOW, these get heavy quick. I have never done them before but I wanted to try them. A guy who benches 4+ raw was having trouble with these at the same weight, so i was pretty happy to hang with him for 2 of the sets.
