I have been feeling pretty good this week so far. My shoulder has been making a comeback all of the sudden. And you all laughed at my magical Tornado necklace. Who's laughing now boyeeee?
Flat bench: Worked up to a comfortable single with 375x1, 300x7, 225x16. No pain at all. I like it.
Dumbbell bench press with stretch: 85 x 4 sets of 12
Pec fly machine burners: 4 drop sets till absolute pec decimation.
Triceps pushdowns: this is where the elbow pain came in. I did three sets and called it a day.
Afterwards I had my girl Zelyx rub out my triceps and she was finding so many super tender spots that she could barely touch without me flinching. After thirty minutes of work she finally worked all the grissle out. It's a good thing I have her on hand for many on the spot muscle treatments. I do the same for her too though. It's a rough job I have rubbing female lifters' sore muscles but I find a way to get through it each day.
