So 10 days go by and I finally make it in... This is killing me, mentally it's burning me up. This year has turned out to be a very busy year. Busy is good so I shouldn't be complaining, grass is always greener right? blah blah blah
Anyways, tried to pick up right were I left off but I am feeling very very weak right now. Check it out:

Squats bar x 2 x 10 135 x 8 135 x 5 135 x 5 225 x 5 315 x 4 350 x 4 380 x 4 Single ply suit bottoms 455 x 2 x 1 reps *The purpose was to take this as deep as I possibly could, get to where I felt incredibly uncomfortable.
Bench 95 x 10 135 x 8 185 x 5 235 x 4 255 x 4 Single Ply on 315 x 4 x 2 board 345 x 4 x 1 board *purpose again to work technique in gear, dig deep to touch something I shouldn't be.
Conventional Deadlifts 120kg x 5 170kg x 5 180kg x 4 190kg x 4 200kg x 4
That's it. Jet home to pack-eat-sleep, early flight this morning.
Here is a gym I have been to a few times while in Albuquerque. This place has it all. I dig the atmosphere here. First visit I rolled into 4-5 girls maxing out on deadlifts. Great folks and great equipment. If you're in the area, it's a must for strength sports:
