530x5 All deads were done without a belt. I will be working this for the nest few months and try and increase by 50lbs or so every other week. My goal is 650x5.

I have could have gone higher on the beltless deads but I want to make smart jumps with it and try and biuld muscle. That is why I will be sticking with 5 reps.
