Thurs & Friday 4-25, 26 training
It's been a busy couple days so I'll quickly recap my incredibly interesting training.
High Pull/hang snatch: worked up to 100kgs and did 5 sets of 5 pulls and one snatch
Barbell rows: worked up to 315 for 5 sets of 10
close grip lat pull-downs: 4 sets of 15
Straight arm pull down: 4 sets of 12
Power clean and jerk: worked up to 130kgs
RDL: worked up to 180kg for 3 sets of 6
Back squat: worked up to 190kg X 1 deep comfortable rep and it felt fuckin sweet.
GH Raise: 4 sets of 15
Tomorrow is the UPA Iron Sport Power Classic. The gym will be closed for training but free for spectators. It will be live streamed if anyone feels like checking it out.
