I tried something a little different today with my benching. I used Kilo plates (yes they were bumpers and I'm a dork) instead of pound plates. The reason is I just didn't want to make the same old jumpes, 135, 225, 275, 315 etc. I thought maybe just going up twenty Kilos at a time would be different.
Bench press: I worked up to 160 Kgs for 3x3, then down to 110kg x 15, then 90 x 18
