4-24-13 deadlift day, light weight
Ive got two more weeks of raw deadlifts with a regular bar and no belt, its suck so so so bad, but I think its really going to pay off in the end.

I wanted to go a little heavy on these since the weights on the dead lifts were low. I regretted that decision the next day.
1 plate and a 25 x5
1 plate x 5
Keep in mind, the less weight, the harder it is. My hams were so tight and straining so hard, I thought they were going to explode!
