Week 4 Day 2 - Power LIFTS

Saturday sessions are getting better and better for me so I'm getting that anxious feeling to get in there. My shoulder is beginning to flare up on me again. I have no clue anymore what the hell is going on. i'm nervous something might be tearing, torn or has a stress fracture. I'm going to start a rehab program for it and hopefully things get better, if after 3 weeks they are not at all MRI it is.....

Anyways, here is saturday, check it out:

Squats
bar x 2 x 8
135 x 2 x 5
225 x 2 x 4
315 x 4
350 x 4
380 x 4
415 x 4

Bench
135 x 2 x 8
185 x OUCH!!!! shoulder just hurt too much

Conventional Deadlifts
120kg x 2 x 5
160kg x 4
180kg x 4
200kg x 4
210kg x 4

Helped the guys out with their shirt work since I didn't bench and had the time. Again, really enjoying training right now. Just wish I had no limitations to go full throttle.
