Training Tuesday: 5-7-13 And outtake video

I caught up with Donny boy today and we trained together. It was a good thing I did too because I felt like dog shit when I came in and he pulled me through the workout a little.

2 high-pulls/1 hang clean combos: we worked up to 140 kgs and then backed it down to 120 and added a pull to every set until we did 6 pulls and 1 clean.

Squats with chains:

135lbs + 120 in chain x 8
225 + 120 x 6
315 + 120 x 5
365 + 120 x 5
405 + 120 x 3
225 + 120 x 12

Leg extensions:
3 sets of 15

Standing abs: 4 x 8

I was filming another video when all the sudden I noticed this cluster of veins in my head that looked suspicious.
