Slacking

I have been slacking on updating my training log. My training is going great. I have been focusing on mainly raw work. I am doing this for recovery and to get stronger. Like I said before I am trying to work up without a belt on squats and deads. On squats I am putting breifs on every other week. The idea behind that is to feel weight on my back. I will be ordering new breifs and suit soon. I plan to break them in over the summer. I will be going with the ACE/ACE combo.
