Flat bench with chains:

135 + 80 in chain x 10
185 + 80 x 8
225 + 80 x 5
275 + 80 x 2
275 + 100 x 2
275 + 120 x 2
275 + 140 x 2
275 + 160 x 2
275 + 180 x 1
225 + 180 x 5

pec fly machine: 4 sets

Inverted rows: 4 sets

wide grip lat pull-downs: 4 sets

dumbbell pull-over with band tension: 4 sets

My shoulders have been feeling really good lately. My heaviest set of benches was 455 at the top and I was sturdy as a rock with it and pressed it right out.

One week out from Learn To Train 6. I hope everyone is looking forward to having a great time and learn some info as I am looking forward to being there helping out. Dave Tate wrote us all a really cool email yesterday talking about some of the lifters that helped him along the way early in his powerlifting career and how he never forgot it. It really hits home when you think about the probable impact you could have on someone's entire life in situations like this. I'm sure everyone that is coming to coach is going to give his or her's all next weekend.
