I started out the day with a trip to the dentist for a routine cleaning where absolutely nothing funny or interesting happened. Just the usual routine of scraping, polishing, rinsing, spitting and all the women there totally digging my action. You guys know how it is . . . but then again, maybe not.
I had to train in the afternoon today. I was without my normal morning crew. I felt like that loser kid with lice in his hair who sits in the cafateria all by himself at lunch.
Clean and jerk: worked doubles up to 130kgs
High-pulls: 140kg x 5 x 5
Back squats (high bar, rock bottom): worked up to 455lbs x 3, 315x10, 315x10
Leg extension: 3x15
Glute/Ham raise: 4x15
Some bad news: The olympic lifter Zelyx that I train and who works for me injured her back really bad last week while training. She has gotten flown out to the Olympic Training Center in Colorado to get checked out by the doctors and coaches out there. So that means she won't be coming to the LTT6 this week. Oh well, at least I won't have to listen to Rhianna in the car for seven hours each way now.
