Training_scatter brain

Right now, I'm dealing with an ACL issue, a shoulder issue and a bad attitude issue. My ACL has been nagging bad lately. When I sit, and the longer I sit, the more it stiffens up on me and bugs the crap out of me. It's a dull pain, I've had strains or hairline fractures on the ligaments and they sort of felt like this but not this bad. I'm not sure what to do here, my initial thoughts are to train through it for a few weeks and if nothing clears up or gets better, MRI.

Anyways, I've training through it since, here is what I have done so far:

bar x 10
bar w/chain x 5
40kg x 5
80kg x 3
90kg x 3
80kg x 2 x 3 reps

Bench
95 x 10
135 x 10
185 x 8
2 board
225 x 5
275 x 2 x 4 reps
Shirt on
375 x 3 x 2 board
395 x 2 x 3 reps @ 1 board
