Today

I screwed myself up today. I had to train early and for the first time in like 10 years I popped an ephedra tab to help energize me. Holy hell, I was a freaking disaster. I could never feel right, felt aweful the whole time. Struggled to contain myself.... just felt miserable and got worse and worse as time went by... anyways here's what I could muster

ssb squats
bar x 10
bar + 120lbs chain x 5
50kg x 5
80kg x 4
100kg x 2 x 3 reps

Conv. Deadlifts
120kg x 10
165kg x 7
185kg x 6
200kg x 5
*The last set, I began to feel soooo horrible, I got one rep and felt so weird and light headed I packed my shit and took off.
