5-15-13 - max deadlift session

Well today was max out day and the atmosphere was like nothing it had been up to this point. We are serious when we are lifting, but the majority of the time it’s pretty laid back. I don't believe in getting all amped up for every set, it tires you out and is unnecessary. On this day though, things were different there wasn't much talking, mostly just nods with head phones on. I couldn’t warm up fast enough, I wanted to get to the actual weights because I was on a mission, a mission to get a PR.

Whats weird about the 765 is it didn’t feel heavy, even though I missed it. My hand tore a bit and I lost my grip a little bit. I think we jacked my straps too much as well, but I’m not making excuses, I wasn’t strong enough to get that, but I will!

I didn’t do much after that.
