Wednesday, May 15 light squat

Stretched and rolled with foam roller.
Today was a light day because I had deadlifted heavy the week before followed by heavy rack pulls. That routine really helps my deadlift but requires more rest than when I was younger. I use to squat heavy every week and pull heavy every week. As Ive gotten older I don't recover the same. So adjustments are made based on how I feel.

Equipment and gear used.
Safety squat bar (Elite fitness has an awesome one)
Premium elitefts P2 6.5mm Single Prong Power Lifting Belt
