Monday 5-20-13 Shoulders and Bi's

High-pull/clean/push-press: worked up to 120kg

Press behind neck: 5 sets of 12

Rear delt raise: 4 sets of 20

Dumbbell side raise: 4 drop sets

Seated incline dumbbell curls: 5 sets of 10

Preacher curl machine: 4 drop sets

barbell reverse curls: 3 sets of 15

Tuesday: 5-21-13

Snatch combo- 1 from low block, one from floor: worked up to 85kg for 5 sets

Front squats: worked up to
140kg x 2 sets of 3
150kg x 2 sets of 2
160kg x 2 singles

Standing abs: 5 sets of 8
