Incline dumbbell press:
5 sets with partial burners to finish each set
close grip bench with band tension:
2 warm up sets, 4 sets of 8, one drop set of 14
Rolling dumbbell triceps extension: 4 sets till failure
Someone sent me this photo via the Book of Face today. It's a sad state of affairs out there people. I feel sorry for anyone that has to live under the rules of these horrible chain health clubs.
So yesterday my night girl called out on me so I got suck working till midnight. I thought the night was going to be a total bust until I got Facebook "poked" by this handsome devil!
I'm pretty sure A) I will not be poking him back and B) he uses that shirt to sneak into childrens sporting events.
