Barbell rows:
275 x 10
315 x 10
355 x 8
385 x 6
405 x 5

Wide grip pulldowns: 4 x 15


Sunday:
Hang clean: worked up to 275lbs x 1, 2, 3, 4 5, 6, 7 (added a rep on every set)

Front squat: worked up to 275lbs x 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6


Monday:
Flat bench: worked up to 365 x 10 singles, 275 x 12

Incline dumbbells: 4 sets

Pec machine flies: 4 sets

triceps push-ups: 4 sets
