Friday, May 24, Assistance day

After Fridays workout I decided to play it safe and just keep it light. The first thing I did was stretch and roll some. Not a lot of stretching, just enough to loosen up a bit.

Leg ext
4x20 light
GHR
3X10
Close grip pull downs
3x12
DB hammer curls
3x12
