Saturday - bench and deadlifts

Starting to get rolling on things now, I have finally actually put my programming down on paper to follow. I'll start with 5 weeks for now, and then plan training from there for the Olympia. I really want to have a great showing at the Olympia this year.

* Even going to the 3 board created a little pain in my shoulder so cut it there.
