Block Pulls With Video
Last Thursday was raw block pulls at EVF Performance.
I'm trying to stay out of my belt on my raw days to try and build my midsection. So far it just made a sucky exercise even suckier. Block pulls are really tough for me because it exposes my lower back weakness. Scrapping the belt makes this much harder.
Worked up to 3 sets of 5 with 365. Not much weight, I know, but this will wave up over the next couple of weeks.
After the pulls, I did some more kettlebell windmills. There are really starting to alleviate some of my hip tightness, so I'm going to keep them up for a few more weeks.
