Wednesday May 29, Squat and dead night
Tonight was a good workout. I got a lot of volume in. I started with safety bar box squats with blue bands attached to the bottom of the monolift to the bar. Safety bar squats are like doing hi-bar squats to me. Which is not one of my favorites to do. But I do them anyway knowing they will help my speed off the floor deadlifting. Next after that was Deficit Pulls standing on a three inch block.
Every thing done with just belt and straps on deadlifts. Last set of squats done with loose wraps.
