Training Monday 6-3, Tuesday 6-4-13 Do YOU EVEN LIFT?


Speed bench: 275lbs with 100lbs band tension: 8 sets of 2, 185 plus band x 12, 155 with band x 17

Hammer chest press machine: 3 sets till failure

Hammer pec fly machine: 3 sets till failure

Dumbbell incline fly: 4 sets till failure

reverse grip Tri pushdowns: 4 sets

Rolling dumbbell extensions: 4 sets

Tuesday: I took it easy on leg training today. Just went for a quick pump. I'm actually going to go out and throw tomorrow for the first time in over two years. I'm training a girl from my gym for highland games so we are going to do a small competition together in July. Is it a full blown comeback for Stevey P? We'll see. Oy vey, pray to the god of lower extremity injuries for me will ya folks.

Let extensions: 5 sets of 20

Leg press with light weight and heavy band tension: 12, 14, 16, 20 reps

Squat (olympic style and explosive):
60kgs x 8
