Backward Sled Drags
3-200 ft trips

Tested the knee today and it still is not right, so I discontinued the rep with 605. I am going to take a 3-4 week hiatus from squatting in hopes to let this knee completely heal. I will still try to make gains with good mornings, sled drags, and other hamstring assistance as these don't seem to bother my knee at all.




Training around injuries sucks.,
