TEXAS DEADLIFT BAR
I planned on working up heavy today. I pictured low 700's. when I got to 685 and it felt light I decided to make my normal jump to 735. As I was looking at the weight I though I am tired of this same jump every time so I had the guysthrow on 50 lbs. 785 is a PRby 5 lbs. I pulled 780 in April and that was the last time I had anything over 550 in my hands. So I was very pleased with my deadlift today.
After deads wemoved to snatch grip deads.

Then I copied Matt Kroc's rear delt exercise where you limit the range of motion and hit the movement for several minutes. I used the 55lbs DB's and went for 2 minutes. This smoked my rear delts and grip.
That was all for the day.
