Week 2 Day 1 - Bench & Deads

365 x 2 x 3 reps

Deficit Deadlifts (3" deficit)
120kg x 2 x 5 reps
170kg x 3
220kg x 3
190kg x 2 x 3 reps

Again, this is transition work. Bench shirt work is solely to work on how well I can reverse from the low bottom touch position. Really forcing the bar down and being patient then "trying" to fire it up.

On the deadlifts, these are touch and go's, but the negative is controlled and purposely slow. This kills glutes and hams but will help with strengthening me out of the hole and when in the bottom position.
