I originally planned on working up heavy today off the floor. However on 605 I could tell that my tweaked knee wasnt gonna cooperate. My back, hams, and erectors still felt good and ready to do some work-
So I decided to start stifflegging.
I ended up working quite a few different variations. It was a refreshing change to break the monotony. Hamstrings is a weak area of mine anyway so I am sure that my goals were well-served by the session.
