Floor Press with a PR! With Video
Thursday was a floor press day, the last in a 3 week wave.
My goal was to hit 300 for 3 sets of 5, which I'd never done before.
I worked up like this:

95 x 5
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 5
300 x 5
Oh, and I mis-labeled the video as "board press"... oops.
This was easier then I expected. Gonna cycle close grip bench back in. I feel like I'm working towards a new raw bench PR.
After the floor presses, I did 4 sets of 15 fat-guy pullups before leading my evening strength class.
