Day 2 - Shirt Training

Dynamic Warm-up


Bench(shirt work)
405x2 raw

2x3 @ RPE 8
1x4 @ 10% drop

CS Row - 5x10
Scarecrows - 4x12
Bench w/ band suspended KB - 4x10



Started working in a new shirt. Fit is really good and got down to a 1 board by the 3rd set. Everything felt good and shoulder, with help of getting my set-up better, is feeling better.
