Wednesday, June 12 Deadlift night With/video Deficit deads
I stretched and rolled then hung on the inversion table for about 5 mins. My back and hips were trying to act up but I worked through it. I felt great about tonight's workouts. That's the most I have pulled off a block like that in about 8 years. I normally would not use a belt. But due to age and problems I put on a velcro belt which was very comfortable when squatting down to bar so far down. The belt actually slid up my back a little as I positioned myself.
