Chest and shoulders 6-13

Reverse band Inclines (light band) 135x20,225x20,275x20,315x20
Flat chain flyes (75lbs chain per side) 75x15,15,15,15
Incline chain flyes (75lbs chain per side) 75x10,10,10,10
Seated dumbbell power cleans 50x20,20,20
Dumbbell bent laterals 60x20,20,20,20
-super setted with
Band pull aparts light band x 20,20,20,40

Usual chest and delt stuff for now while I work around my shoulder issues. The reverse band inclines and chain flyes have both been good for still working my pecs but without further aggravating my shoulder.
