week 3 day 1 - squats and bench

Today is the third week, all I wanted to do was repeat last weeks numbers, if not a little more for one set. It's a gauging week if you will, the point is to observe if it's easier or heavier. This tells me two things: I'm recovering well week to week and programming is sound.

275 w/shoulder saver x 3
Bash single ply on
shoulder saver x 3 x 335
to the chest x 2 x 375
*both reps touched, it was ridiculously hard as it should be but the plan with these last three weeks is to work this transition point.
