Training since the meet, if you can call it that

Well I have been training, I don't really like taking a whole week off from training, I find it very difficult to start going again and it makes my body sore for days after I do start lifting again. I am the type of person that if I'm not training for something, then it's hard to get the motivation to train. Long story short, I just start right back into it, even if its just a few sets.

Monday I had to get a quarter cow so I didn't go into the gym. I caught up on mowing and other household chores instead.

Tuesday I went in and did 3 sets of 5 with 225 on bench. That was it, no accessory, nothing. Even this small amount of work will keep me from getting super sore next Monday when I do a whole workout.

Wednesday. I went in and deadlifted. I did:

225x5 conv 2 second pause at the top
315x5 conv 2 second pause at the top
365x5 conv 2 second pause at the top

Pretty easy stuff, keeping the blood flowing!
