Monday June 17 Bench Training

Bench Training is going okay. I need to add in some more movements. But the humidity here in Georgia has been bad and the energy level has been down. I expect my energy level to get better since my diet has improved a lot. I been eating as much organic food as possible. One of my goals is to head into the end of year with a lot less fat. I turn 50 in Dec so that is a must.
