Wednesday June 19 Deadlift Training
with/Video

This was my 4th week pulling off the block {deficit pulls). Hopefully down the road these will pay off. My back felt pretty good. I iced it afterwards of course. My left hip is the only thing that really bothers me when I'm warming up. Once I get warm its not an issue.


Light stretching and applied heat to back and hamstrings.
