legs

lying leg curls
sets of 10 working up in weight
then a drop set of 10/10, then about 30 partials

manta ray squats
worked up in weight doing sets of 8 til I got to a tough 8, kept rest periods under 90 seconds

tri-set (did 4 rounds of this)
leg extensions x 10 reps with 1-second flexes
hack squats x 10 reps rock bottom
duck stance squat press x 10 reps
then quad stretches x 30 seconds

rested 1 minute between rounds
