Saturday June 22 Squat day

I'm still trying to get used to Saturday morning workouts again. I like it. It's just that I like to stay up late on Friday nights and that won't work anymore. :-/ I really need to get some rest before squatting.
Today we used 100lbs of chains* plus bar weight. My left hip was bothering me after first couple of sets but it got better as I got warmed up.

I started out with front squats to warm up a bit. 135x8x2

Back squat
Raw with belt
Added ****100lbs of chain to the bar for every set
245x5
330x5
385x3
496x3
540x2
606x1 added wraps
down sets
500x5
385x8
All with a 100lbs of chains
end

*Reason for chains: To be able to feel heavier weight on my shoulders and to have a good amount of it release when I'm in the hole. It also helps work on acceleration out of the bottom.
