Warm-up

Sumo Dead(raw) w/ 100lbs chain
1x1 @ RPE 8, hook grip
2x3 RPE 8
4x4 @ 10% drop

Squat(raw) against average bands
2x3, light
3x3, light

Leg Curls - 4x10



Sorry for the lack of posts last week. Been training and really busy. Got in what I needed.

Jacked my back up pretty good on the sumo deads early on the sets but finished out. Pretty sore afterward all day but was okay by the next morning. Sacrum hates me!
