Tuesday 6-25-13

Despite being in a funky haze I still I got some leg training in. I need to snap out of this bullshit so I can get some work done.

I squatted pretty solidly once I got going though.

Back squat- worked up to singles
455 x 1
455 x 1
455 x 1
475 x 1
495 x 1

Leg extensions:
6 sets x15

Glute ham raise:
5 sets of 20

Doing these two shorter low volume leg workouts a week have been working out for me as far as keeping my legs fairly strong and keeping my knees from hurting. SO I really can't complain about that.
