Day 1 - Lower Training

Regular Warm-up


Squat(raw) w/ 160lbs chain
2x2 @ RPE 8-9
3x3 @ 10% drop
1x5 @ same weight


Leg Curls - 4x10
Scare Crows - 5x12
Lat Pulls - 4x10



Raw is feeling pretty good. Moved some pretty good weight today. My raw strength is coming back to levels I used to be at back in 2009. Everything is moving forward!

Little beat up but operating well!
