6-24-13 bench day raw

After I do a meet and am in between training cycles, I really take it easy. Generally I will do 1 movement the week after the meet, I have taking time off, i get too sore and its really hard to come back after a full week off.

Each week after, I will usually add in one more exercise per week until im doing a workout that is normal. By that time the training cycle is about to start and my body got a break, but it still ready to hit it hard.

bench - raw, rare raw, raw raw whatever you call the raw with no wraps, no belt, nothing!

That was it, quick and easy. Did a bunch of yard work after this, I call that cardio!
