Monday, June 24 Bench day

My day started with getting a root canal redone. This is worst than getting it the first time. Reason is because all the shit they pack down in the canal has to come out. And it takes a lot of work to get it cleared out. I was in the chair for 3 hours. I had my head set in, music on and I was drugged up. :)
I was ready for it so it wasn't that bad. I have to go back in a month to have it finished. No big dead. I was on pain medication the whole day. My appointment was at 1030 am so they started right away and I was out at about 145. I really never got a chance to really rest that afternoon. 730pm came quick and it was time to train.
I decided to use the Metal Catapult tonight. I used it before at the end of my bench routine. Tonight I used it as the main core of my movements. And tonight was a great night to use it. I really got to handle some weight in my hands for me. I really want to get my bench moving so I figured I would attack the top end of it. The Catapult is great for overloading for a raw bencher. To me it is the best one of its kind made out there. And I have used the other two brands. I am really not focusing on a lot of assistance exercises the same day I bench like I used to. Some times at my age I feel less is better. But as you can tell in my log I go by the way I feel that day. Okay enough gibberish, here is the skinny:
