That was the end of it.
The rack pull rows are like a bent over row, but I just pull from the pins instead of the floor. I tilted my torso less in order to keep a full rom. They felt harder than a normal row to me and activate my lats well.
This variation stemmed out of my laziness for not wanting to adjust the pins after rack pulls but I liked them and will probably mix them in with rows off the floor.
