Wednesday June 26 Deadlift night
W/VIDEO

I'm usually pretty excited to workout these days. We have a small good group of guys that train together. That's always key to me. Especially when everyone pulls for each other. The only time to be selfish is when you are actually lifting. I love coaching and helping more than lifting some time.
Mondays root canal I had redone creeped over into tonight's workout. Pain level was about a 8 and meds brought it down to about a 4 which kinda drained me. I guess I have a few days left before I'm out of the woods on the soreness and pain.
Pulling off a high block really gets my quads involved. Like a standing leg press. I'm really looking to improve my speed and strength off the floor. So far I'm off to a great start.

Stopped here. I felt drained and exhausted from dealing with mouth soreness. I got it done anyway.
