I had some clients to tend to and a couple errands to run so I trained late today alone. I just wanted to bang away at a quick shoulder and biceps workout.
high-pull, hang-clean, push-press combos: worked up to 120kgs in 5kg jumps
Rear delt machine:
5 sets of high rep partial burners
Preacher curl machine:
6 sets, last three sets were drop sets
Cable rope curls: 5 sets light
