Regular Warm-up


Floor Press w/ 80lbs chain
2x3 @ RPE 8-9
4x3 @ 8% drop
1x5 @ 5% drop


Hammer Row - 4x10
Incline Press - 6x6, 1x10
Tricep - 4x10
Scarecrows - 4x12


Another good work day. Floor press went well and all the other work was par for the course!
